Managing Director

Tebogo is the founder and Managing Director of Moagi Civil & Building Construction T/A Moagi Construction. He has over 17 years work experience in Construction, Accounting and Auditing industry.Tebogo held senior positions as a Senior Internal Auditor at Price Water House Coopers and AVBOB Mutual Insurance respectively. 

Tebogo retired from formal employment in 2003 to pursue his passion and dream of owning a Construction Company. His main job as a Managing Director is to develop and direct the implementation of business strategy, allow the company to grow and serve more customers and to maintain sustainable relationship with all stake holders. 

Technical Director

Sidney started his mining career as a miner in 1987, he followed the practical route by gaining experience along the way, and his career can be described as follows, basic mining experience as a miner and shift boss on East Driefontein Gold Mine from 1987 to 1980. He obtained his mine overseers certificate and gained experience as a mine overseer since 1980 to 1983 at Randfontein Cooke shafts.

Sidney moved to RUC as a Master sinker in 1983 to 1986.During this period he was personally in the success of a number of shafts which were sunk on the Gold mines. Between 1983 and 1986 Sidney worked at Secunda mines as a mining overseer. His main duties is to oversee all the surface and underground mining contracts, assists  in strategic sales efforts from technical perspective and consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.

Quantity Surveyor

She brings her experience of 12 years in construction to Moagi Construction and she has worked on big projects like the building of Tlhabane Community Health Centre and Sizwe Tropical Diseases Hospital. In total she has worked on projects amounting to R200 million.

Her main job is to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. She also offers advisory services to new clients and on maintenance costs of specific buildings projects.

Marketing Director

Worked for Unilever Food Solutions as Sales and Marketing Administrator, and she brings with her six years of Marketing experience. She also brings skills, marketing expertise and extensive strategic project planning and implementation.

She currently oversees and instilling marketing ethos throughout the business, managing customer relations and most of all improving the company’s image.
